A current W-9 MUST accompany the request or the donation request will not be considered.

A completed application is NOT an agreement to honor your request. It should also NOT be implied that the request will or would be funded in its entirety. Requests must be submitted in writing by completing the donation request.

Requests are considered at the beginning of each quarter to determine the following quarter's donations (for example, in January we decide which organizations will be awarded donations or Round Up for April, May and June). Once a decision is made, Good Oil will reach out to the contact person by email and/or phone.

Your W-9

How we handle your W-9. Your W-9 includes your organization's taxpayer ID number. It is scanned for viruses and stored privately. Only Good Oil staff who review donation requests can open it, and Good Oil keeps it until a Good Oil administrator deletes it.
